Why I Built The Resilient Traveler
Travel has always been an important part of my life. Even while navigating ME/CFS, I continued traveling to stay connected with family and experience the places and people that mattered to me. Over the years, I learned firsthand how physically demanding travel can be for someone living with chronic illness—and how the right preparation and support can make a meaningful difference.
As a naturopathic physician, I have spent decades studying how the body responds to travel, stress, and illness. I have also helped patients with ME/CFS, long COVID, and other chronic health challenges prepare for trips without losing the progress they have worked so hard to make.
I created The Resilient Traveler to bring those practical strategies together in a supportive, live program. Participants receive step-by-step guidance, opportunities to ask questions, and tools they can use before, during, and after traveling.
