Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Affiliate Links & Tracking

You will receive a unique affiliate link for eligible campaigns. You are responsible for using the correct link when promoting an offer.

Commissions are based on sales tracked through our affiliate platform. We cannot guarantee credit for purchases that are not properly tracked.

2. Commissions & Payments

Commission rates, payout schedules, tracking periods, and other campaign-specific details will be provided separately for each affiliate campaign.

Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases. Commissions may be canceled or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, or invalid purchases.

Self-referrals are not permitted unless specifically approved.

3. Honest Promotion

Affiliates must promote our programs and offers honestly and accurately.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims
• Guarantee specific results
• Make unauthorized medical or health claims
• Misrepresent pricing, bonuses, deadlines, or program details
• Use fake testimonials or endorsements
• Impersonate Dr. Jenny Tufenkian, ND or her team

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when required by applicable advertising and endorsement laws.

5. Email & Advertising

Affiliates may promote offers through email, websites, social media, and other appropriate channels.

Spam, misleading advertising, deceptive promotions, and unauthorized use of our brand or intellectual property are not permitted.

6. Promotional Materials

Approved graphics, email copy, social posts, logos, and other promotional materials may be provided for certain campaigns.

These materials may only be used to promote approved offers and may not be used to create unrelated products, services, or promotions.

7. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Individual offers may have their own refund and cancellation policies. The policy shown to the customer at the time of purchase will apply.

Affiliate commissions may be reversed if a transaction is refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove an Affiliate who violates these Terms, uses misleading promotional practices, commits fraud, misuses our intellectual property, or otherwise harms our customers or brand.

Commissions associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity may be canceled.

9. No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in an affiliate campaign does not guarantee any specific number of sales, referrals, commissions, or income.

10. Acceptance

By registering for or participating in an affiliate campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
